Our services in Taiwan include “Rocket Delivery” which offers next-day delivery for a wide selection of items at affordable prices, “Rocket Overseas” which offers free international delivery on millions of best-selling products from Korea, the U.S., and beyond. We are looking for talents to help us lead Coupang’s expansion in Taiwan. This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?” Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operation specialist to oversee the daily functions of our fulfillment centers offices in Northern Taiwan. In this role, you will bridge communication between local sites and headquarters, manage vendor relations, support new site launches, and ensure seamless financial administration. What will you do? • Fulfillment Center Operations Support • Ensure the smooth, day-to-day operation of existing fulfillment centers across the Northern Taiwan region. • Act as the primary point of contact for site requests and facilitate clear, timely communication with Headquarters (HQ). • Office Management & Administration • Oversee daily office operations, including managing facilities, ordering office supplies, and maintaining a productive work environment. • Handle general administrative tasks, coordinate office layouts/seating arrangements, and support local team needs. • Serve as the main point of contact for office-related vendors (e.g., property management, cleaning services, utilities). • New Site Launch & Procurement • Support the end-to-end opening process for new fulfillment centers. • Coordinate and secure the timely procurement of all necessary equipment, tools, and operational supplies to ensure on-time launches. • Vendor & Stakeholder Management • Oversee and manage external vendors servicing each fulfillment center and office site. • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships and ensure smooth communication between vendors, site leads, and internal stakeholders. • Expense & Financial Administration • Manage operational expenses (OpEx) for the office, fulfillment centers, and camps. • Demonstrate proficiency in the Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) processes. • Track and audit all expenditures diligently to ensure accurate, on-time payments with zero omissions. Basic Qualifications • Experience: Proven experience in office management, fulfillment center operations, logistics, or general administrative support. • Financial Skills: Familiarity with corporate procurement systems, specifically managing PR/PO workflows and expense tracking. • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with field teams, vendors, and HQ. • Attributes: Highly detail-oriented, organized, multitasking champion, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines. • Location: Based in or able to support the Northern Taiwan area. • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by reporting manager.
