- 8–10+ years of experience in strategy, monetization, consulting, pricing, growth, ecommerce, SaaS, or consumer technology.
- Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and align multiple organizations around complex decisions.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Experience managing high-performing teams and developing talent.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while balancing short-term execution with long-term strategy.

About this role As the Monetization Strategy & Operations Lead, you will drive commercial strategy that connects pricing, promotions, lifecycle marketing, packaging, and customer retention into a unified monetization roadmap. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Pricing & Monetization, you'll partner across Consumer Growth, Product, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and Engineering to prioritize the initiatives that maximize revenue, customer lifetime value, and long-term business growth. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future monetization strategy for an integrated Udemy and Coursera consumer business.
