About the Role: Crusoe is expanding hyperscale AI data center infrastructure across the U.S., delivering large-scale, mission-critical facilities that support America’s leadership in AI and high-performance computing. We are building at a pace and scale that requires construction leaders who can manage complex projects from structural build-outs through full interior fit-out and readiness for operations. As a Construction Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction - including site development, structural/base building, MEP systems, interior build-outs, and final turnover. You will manage cost, schedule, quality, safety, and vendor relationships across large-scale industrial projects that integrate both core/shell construction and data-center tenant-improvement scopes. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at coordinating multiple trades, navigating complex technical requirements, and delivering high-quality facilities on time and on budget. What You'll Be Working On: - Lead construction across site work, structural systems, exterior envelope, MEP infrastructure, and interior/TI build-out - Manage day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, and safety - Oversee data halls, electrical/mechanical rooms, offices, finishes, HVAC distribution, and interior layout changes - Maintain project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change orders - Conduct site inspections and enforce QA/QC and safety standards - Coordinate with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning teams - Provide updates on progress, risks, milestones, and cost - Ensure compliance with building codes, permitting, and standards What You'll Bring to the Team: - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field - 5+ years in construction management (base build + TI preferred) - Experience with large commercial/industrial projects - Strong understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems - Proficiency with Procore, Primavera/MS Project, Bluebeam - Excellent vendor, schedule, and communication skills - Ability to travel ~50% Bonus Points - Data center or mission-critical experience - Managed $100M+ project scopes - Lean construction or sustainability experience - Heavy MEP or electrical systems background Benefits: - Competitive compensation and equity packages - Restricted Stock Units - Paid time off, paid holidays & leave of absence programs - Comprehensive health, dental & vision insurance - Employer contributions to HSA account - Paid parental leave - Paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability - Professional development & tuition reimbursement - Mental health & wellness support - Commuter benefits (parking & transit) - Cell phone stipend - 401(k) Retirement plan with company match up to 4% of salary - Volunteer time off - Global travel insurance & emergency assistance - Daily meals allowance - Additional perks & programs specific to location Compensation Range Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $136,125 -$165,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
