About the Role: The Learning & Development Coordinator is the operational backbone of our Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) team. This role keeps our programs running smoothly - from scheduling and logistics to LMS administration and team communications. It's an ideal first role for someone who is organized, curious about learning and development, and eager to build a career in People functions. This role sits at our Entry IC level. You'll build foundational knowledge of how our L&TD function operates, develop relationships across the People team, and grow your contributions to larger team initiatives over time.
