About the Role: Crusoe Industries (CI) is the operational heart of Crusoe, and its workforce has distinct talent development needs that call for a dedicated, on-the-ground presence. The Learning & Development Specialist for CI is embedded on-site, building relationships with CI employees and leaders, delivering soft skills training and facilitation, and developing the talent capability of a workforce that powers our mission. You'll be the Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) function's eyes, ears, and hands in the field, and a critical connector between frontline teams and the broader People team. This role sits at our Developing IC level. You'll build deeper expertise in talent development through hands-on practice and direct exposure, growing your ability to diagnose needs, design solutions, and deliver impact as you develop.
