About This Role: This is a high-impact opportunity as the first dedicated Accounting & Finance hire, offering significant ownership and exposure across the entire business. As the Manager of General Ledger - Manufacturing will be the foundational leader of our financial operations, responsible for building the systems, processes, and team that will support Crusoe Industries rapid scaling. As a key strategic partner to leadership, you will move beyond standard accounting to architect a modern, AI-enabled finance team in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is a technical expert with a "builder mindset" who thrives in fast-evolving environments and is comfortable creating internal controls and reporting structures from the ground up.
