ABOUT THIS ROLE: Crusoe Energy is seeking an experienced Regional Manager, Project Controls to provide leadership and oversight across multiple large-scale construction projects supporting Crusoe’s rapidly growing AI and energy infrastructure platform. This role operates at both the project execution level and the program/area governance level, driving accountability, consistency, and best practices across cost, schedule, risk, and reporting. The Area Project Controls Manager will lead a team of cost and project controls professionals, partner closely with onsite vendors, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and Crusoe clients by delivering clear, data-driven insights into financial and schedule performance across an assigned area or program. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation is determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
