Job description

Our mission is to automate coding. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering. ABOUT THE ROLE As an AI Deployment Manager (ADM) at Cursor, you’ll own the post-sale journey for a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving adoption, retention, and expansion. You’ll help engineering organizations successfully roll out Cursor and evolve how they work with AI. You’ll operate at the center of each account, partnering with developers, admins, and executives while working closely with Sales, Field Engineering, Product, and Support. You’ll shape rollout strategy and influence Cursor’s roadmap priorities through customer insight. Success is measured by customer retention, product adoption, and revenue expansion.
