Job description
Our mission is to automate coding. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering. We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code. We’re hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to support our rapidly scaling Go-to-Market organization. This person will partner closely with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, and Recruiting to help build high-performing, durable teams in a fast-moving environment. This is not a traditional HRBP role. You’ll operate as a strategic thought partner and hands-on builder in a high-talent-density company where expectations are high and the pace is fast. We’re looking for someone who combines strong business judgment, operational excellence, and a bias for action - someone willing to do whatever is needed to help the business scale effectively. You’ll work directly with leaders on organizational effectiveness, performance, talent strategy, and leadership quality while helping define what great People partnership looks like at Cursor.
