About The Role Decagon is looking for a GTM Enablement Manager - a founding member of our GTM Productivity team - to help build and scale the programs that power our revenue engine. You’ll operate at the center of how we ramp talent, drive field productivity, and scale GTM execution - designing and operationalizing high-impact programs in close partnership with stakeholders across the business. This is a highly visible, high-ownership role with direct impact on how Decagon grows.
