About the Role We're looking for a technically strong Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager to own complex, non-routine accounting matters as Decagon scales. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who thrives on solving thorny GAAP questions, revenue recognition, business combinations, and stock-based compensation among them, and can turn them into clear, well-documented conclusions the business can act on. You'll partner closely with Legal, Sales, Founders Office, Revenue Operations, and Finance to help dictate and guide deal structure and pricing strategy before new products and deals go to market while helping build the technical accounting infrastructure, policies, memos, and controls that a fast-growing, pre-IPO company needs.
