Dexmate is building the foundation for physical AI - a unified platform that combines high-quality robotic hardware with a universal Physical AI OS, making robots as easy to build and deploy as software. Today, robotics is fragmented, slow, and closed: most builders are forced to reinvent the same stack again and again, and most ideas never make it past the prototype stage. We exist to change that. The Role We are looking for a Software Engineer to build the quality and release infrastructure behind Dexmate’s software platform and robot fleet. As software reaches more robots, releases must be qualified-not simply shipped. Responsibilities -Build and maintain CI/CD, test infrastructure, and release pipelines across cloud, edge, and robot software. -Develop automated release gates for correctness, performance, reliability, compatibility, and system health. Build integration, regression, end-to-end, performance, and failure testing infrastructure. -Improve release observability, failure diagnosis, rollback readiness, and engineering feedback loops. -Partner with software, embedded, and robotics teams to establish scalable quality standards. Requirements -4+ years of software engineering, SDET, developer infrastructure, or release engineering experience. -Strong programming and automation skills. -Experience with CI/CD, test frameworks, cloud/container systems, and production reliability. -Strong debugging and failure-analysis skills. -Robotics, autonomous systems, connected devices, or hardware/software testing experience is a plus.
