Your role As a Commercial Counsel, you’ll own the end-to-end contract process for a variety of commercial agreements. You’ll work closely with business teams across Sales, Finance, Privacy, and Security to negotiate, draft, and execute contracts that balance business priorities with compliance and risk. In addition, you’ll bring creative legal solutions that empower our teams to move quickly and confidently, while ensuring that we always “do the right thing.” This position reports to our Assistant General Counsel, Commercial, and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires Office in a hybrid work model.
