Responsabilidades • Realizar tareas de almacén: descarga y recepcion, desempaquetado, reposición, conteo de piezas y retiro de material de embalaje. Embalado, carga y envío de producto terminado. Gestión en ERP de esos envíos • Planificar y crear kits según la orden de trabajo generada por el ERP (picking, emisión reposición, etc). Gestión en ERP de esa orden de trabajo liberada a producción. • Recibir entregas de manera minuciosa y registrarlas en el sistema ERP para asegurar la precisión de inventario. Expedir material registrando expediciones en el ERP. • Ejecutar Autorizaciones de Devolución de material (RMA´s) utilizando comunicación, empaquetado, logística y más. Realizar los ajustes de inventario pertinentes en el ERP. • Mantener una zona de trabajo segura, limpia, organizada y protegida. Controlar la disponibilidad de vacíos de asemblies así como su montaje, almacenamiento y stock. Requirements • De 2 a 5 años de experiencia en almacén, incluyendo la gestión de precisión de inventario, organización de almacen, gestión de ERP´s y procedimientos de recepcion y envío. • Debe ser altamente organizado, detallista y tener dominio del paquete MS office (Google Apps es un plus) • Capacidad para counicarse en ingles.
