As our Business Continuity Associate, you will be the local execution arm of the Operations team, ensuring rapid and effective resolution of daily operational issues at both the market and customer level. You will leverage your market-specific expertise and time-zone alignment to protect the merchant experience and maintain operational continuity. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders-including processors, acquirers, card networks, APM providers, and issuers-you’ll ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
