Job description
About the Team Droyd builds autonomous robotic systems that automate repetitive manual work in real environments. We design and manufacture our hardware in-house, which means iteration, fabrication, and execution all happen under one roof. Our robots need software interfaces that are clear, efficient, and practical for real use. Our product and software efforts span teleoperation, internal tools, customer demos, and company-facing materials - front-end engineering plays a central role across all of it. About the Role As a Front-End Engineer (WebXR / VR) at Droyd, you will build the immersive and web-based interfaces our operators and customers use to control and monitor robots. You will own front-end systems for teleoperation, including WebXR / VR experiences that let operators see through and command our robots in real time. You will work closely with designers and robotics engineers to turn rough ideas into production-grade interfaces. This role is based on-site in San Francisco, CA.
