DRW is seeking an experienced Equity Index Options Voice Trader to join one of our established trading teams. In this role, you will leverage your market expertise and quantitative insight to price and execute equity index options trades while managing risk in fast-moving global markets. You'll work closely with portfolio managers, quantitative researchers, and technology teams to identify opportunities, enhance trading strategies, and improve execution. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys making real-time decisions under pressure, and has a deep understanding of equity index derivatives, volatility, and market dynamics. The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $250,000 depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and relevant skill set. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
