  • Are comfortable with Linux and the command-line
  • Have a service-oriented mindset
  • Have experience with proprietary trading systems and troubleshooting production incidents resulting from internal (proprietary software / systems) or external factors (markets, data feeds, telecommunication lines)
  • Are someone who thrives in high-pressure situations while working alongside traders, developers and other engineering teams
  • Have experience developing proprietary process automation and monitoring tools to streamline software configuration and rollout procedures

In this role you’ll have an opportunity to employ your extensive skills while helping solve complex technical problems. You’ll work closely with trading, infrastructure and software development teams to provide smooth support for our technology. We’ll ask you to communicate directly with counterparties, exchanges, traders and developers to iron out any problems that arise.
