Job description
Your mission • Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to identify relevant trends and strategic opportunities • Screen studies, reports, and market analyses and translate findings into actionable insights • Monitor and analyze market and business KPIs to support strategic decision-making • Support the development of a platform-based approach for organizing and sharing market intelligence • Create compelling PowerPoint presentations and prepare reports tailored to different stakeholder groups • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and proactively contribute ideas to improve processes and ways of working Your profile • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in International Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field • First experience in market research, strategy, consulting, the eMobility industry, or AI agent development is a plus • Strong analytical skills, a high affinity for numbers, and an interest in market developments and business insights • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messages to different stakeholder groups • Proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to structure information and create compelling presentations • Strong Excel skills and confidence in working with data and KPIs • Fluent in German and English Why us? • People take centre stage: Become part of a dynamic, ambitious and agile team that develops solutions for the eMobility market and be part of our EDRI events or the next after-work event • With us, you get the best of both worlds - 100% start-up with the support of a large company • The freedom you need: We offer you hybrid working with flexible working hours • Competitive compensation and up to 30 days of vacation per year, depending on your weekly working hours • You get everything you need to get started: onboarding with welcome gifts and all the hardware you need • A unique work environment in the heart of Essen – with free drinks, snacks, and our very own coffee station ContactDiversity counts at E.ON.
