Looking for a flexible role with minimal time commitment? We are seeking a UK-based Nominee Director to support a company's corporate compliance requirements. This is not an operational management position and does not involve day-to-day business activities. The initial setup typically requires 1-2 hours. Once company banking arrangements are established, the position becomes largely passive, with only occasional document signing or administrative support required.
