Responsibilities • Lead project teams focused on client implementation, ensuring adherence to project management best practices. • Define project scopes, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, with a keen emphasis on ACV recognition. • Monitor project progress, report key metrics (including ACV recognition), and provide regular updates to the Associate Director. • Mentor and guide junior project managers within the team. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project strategies with organizational goals, particularly in relation to ACV. • Oversee client implementation projects throughout their lifecycle. • Ensure project team members follow project management procedures and meet project timelines. • Stay updated on industry trends and optimize project management methodologies for client onboarding. • Act as a key point of contact for resolving project-related issues. • Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks. • Collaborate with the Associate Director to maximize ACV recognition in project management approaches. • May be expected to travel for client or team needs. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, or related field. • 5+ years of progressive experience in project management or related roles. • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience. • Strong understanding of project management concepts, methodologies, and challenges related to client implementation. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed Preferred Qualifications • Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • Experience in project management tools and software. • Familiarity with software implementation and ACV recognition in the industry. • Experience with remote or international project management.
