Job description

Do you want to shape the frontend of software that makes industrial energy systems smarter and more sustainable? At etalytics, we develop AI-powered energy management solutions that help industrial companies reduce energy consumption, CO₂ emissions, and operating costs. Our etaONE® Energy Intelligence Platform combines IoT, data analytics, and artificial intelligence to turn complex energy data into actionable insights. As our Lead Frontend Developer, you will take technical leadership of our frontend team and combine hands-on development with architectural responsibility and team coordination. You will work closely with UX/UI, Product Management, and Backend, establish strong technical standards, and help shape the long-term frontend strategy of our platform. Tasks • Take technical leadership of the frontend team while remaining hands-on, with approximately 30–50% of your role focused on coding. • Drive the frontend architecture of our etaONE® platform and build scalable, maintainable solutions with Angular and TypeScript. • Collaborate closely with UX/UI, Product Management, and Backend to turn product requirements into robust, user-friendly features. • Define and continuously improve frontend standards, including coding guidelines, design systems, testing, and development practices. • Shape the long-term frontend strategy and evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools where they create real value. • Support the team through code reviews, technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and AI-supported development workflows. • You bring at least 4 years of professional frontend development experience with strong hands-on expertise in Angular and TypeScript. • Previous experience in technical leadership, team coordination, or mentoring enables you to guide developers while staying close to the code. • You have experience building and maintaining larger web applications or SPAs and are confident with modern frontend architecture and design patterns. • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS, responsive design, testing, and software quality practices is part of your toolkit. • You are comfortable defining technical standards, conducting code reviews, and making pragmatic architectural decisions with long-term maintainability in mind. • Experience with modern Angular concepts and technologies such as NgRx, Signals, SignalStore, NX, TanStack Query, or data visualization libraries is an advantage. • You communicate confidently in English and work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Benefits: Purpose-driven work: Support industrial companies in becoming more efficient and sustainable Flexibility: Hybrid working with home office options and flexible working hours Team spirit: A supportive, collaborative environment with plenty of room for exchange and cooperation Community: Regular team events and shared activities Work-life balance: 30 days of vacation plus a flexible, agile work culture Well-being: Tax-free benefits card, subsidized local gym membership and the option of a job bike Ready to make an impact? Send us your CV (PDF) together with your earliest possible start date. We can’t wait to meet you and shape the future of energy together! Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
