POSITION OVERVIEW: We’re looking for engineers who want to build & ship, run the protocol operations, oversee the onchain activities, and optimize for efficiency. This role is onsite 4 days per week at one of our global offices: NYC, Denver, or the Cayman Islands. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON: - Building and Operating the safest and most efficient Crypto Neobank - Designing and deploying Solidity smart contracts - Building backend systems to automate on-chain operations, secure user flows, and integrate protocol logic. - Engaging in rigorous testing, code reviews, and documentation to uphold high standards of quality and maintainability. - Participating as the security guardian in securing ether.fi's web3 tech stacks/ops.
