Team & Leadership Development • Mentor Account Coordinators, helping guide workflow organization and professional development. • Reinforce strong process discipline and integrated ways of working across teams. • Demonstrate increasing ownership, accountability, and independent problem-solving. • Contribute ideas that strengthen partnerships and elevate client impact. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • Strong project coordination skills with increasing ability to manage multiple workstreams independently. • Confident written and verbal communicator, comfortable leading portions of client discussions. • Detail-oriented with the ability to see both tactical execution and broader account context. • Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and takes initiative. • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments. • Developing financial literacy related to scopes, budgets, and agency operations. • Curious, culturally aware, and invested in understanding how brands grow through partnerships and creative work. Minimum Qualifications • 2–4 years of experience in an agency, sponsorship, sports marketing, or related client-service environment. • Experience supporting day-to-day partnership or campaign execution. • Exposure to client communication and cross-functional coordination. • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets and Slides required).
