You can have an informal meeting in the treehouse or play the piano during your lunch break!   THE ROLE We're looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join the Farfetch ID team. Reporting to the Engineering Lead, you'll play a key role in supporting and improving our Identity platform (Authentication, Authorization, and Account domains), also impacting the User journey and being conscious of our PII/GDPR requirements. As a Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include assisting in the design and development of new features/solutions across our services and platform; you'll also support the maintenance and evolution of existing components. Additionally, as part of the role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and continuous improvement of our authorization/authentication flows through proactive problem-solving. You will transform business requirements into efficient and scalable solutions, and ensure that all developments undergo rigorous testing and review. Effective communication is crucial in this role, as you will frequently interact with colleagues to thoroughly understand problems and convey clear solutions.
