OPERATIONS The Operations team serves as the backbone of our marketplace, seamlessly managing the entire order journey. From creating online content and ensuring secure payments to order fulfillment and delivery, while providing comprehensive customer and partner care, this team is relentlessly focused on improving the customer experience every single day. LISBON The FARFETCH office located within the Sítio co-working space network in Lisbon is designed to be a highly flexible and well-connected hub. This is centrally-located workspace close to major business areas, and a vibrant spot. THE ROLE As a Translator (Product Information) for Japanese, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring Farfetch’s product catalogue and all related materials resonate with local audiences. Reporting directly to the LangOps & Development team, your primary responsibility will be localising diverse content types with a strong focus on product information, including materials, compositions, and size & fit details. Additionally, you will manage translation workflows, translation memories, and terminology databases to ensure quality and consistency across all platforms. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of Farfetch’s localisation processes, ensuring a seamless customer experience while maintaining our distinctive tone of voice.
