What You’ll Do: - Support the Pharmacy team with packaging and labelling of prescriptions in preparation for daily pickup by courier at the scheduled time - Keep record of all shipping supplies and promotional materials, and re-order supplies as needed - Provide tracking updates to users and act as a point of contact for managing returned packages and resolving transit delays. - Maintain a communication bridge with the customer service team and escalate issues when necessary - Other administrative and clerical work and ad-hoc tasks as required What We’re Looking for: - At least 18+ years of age with a high school diploma, GED or equivalent - Remarkable attention to detail as it relates to packaging and labelling, inventory management and quality control - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Exhibit a high level of flexibility and adaptability - Respect for Health & Safety procedures and protocols, and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for colleagues - Fluent in English No vacancy: This posting is not for an existing vacancy; it is intended to create a pool of candidates for potential future opportunities.
