  • Strong version control skills with Git
  • Proven experience with retention/cohort analysis and funnel/conversion analysis
  • Familiarity with statistical experimentation and A/B testing principles
  • Experience working on new product, market, or category launches is a strong plus
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with a results-oriented mindset

Job description

About The Role As a Senior Data Analyst, you will partner closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Leadership to shape how the company measures success, identifies growth opportunities, and makes data-informed decisions. You will develop scalable data models, establish analytical frameworks, and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence product strategy and business outcomes. You will own analyses that evaluate product performance and customer behaviour, using cohort/retention analysis and funnel analytics to uncover what drives sustainable growth.
