Qualifications Required Qualifcations: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. • Experience with batteries at both the pack level and cell level (pouch, cylindrical, prismatic) • 5+ years of experience in supply chain development, or sourcing management • Strong understanding of NPI support and scaling production in hardware-focused companies, through mass production. • Skilled at establishing strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. • Able and willing to travel internationally and domestically approximately 25% of the time. Bonus Qualifications: • Experience in robotics, EV, automotive, or high-volume electromechanical/battery products. • Engineering degree • Previous work at a startup or on a very lean team • Comfortable working directly with drawings, BOMs, and cost breakdowns. The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $140,000 - $220,000 annually. The pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include additional components/benefits depending on the specific role. This information will be shared if an employment offer is extended.
