Job description
Figure is an AI robotics company developing autonomous general-purpose humanoid robots. The goal of the company is to ship humanoid robots with human level intelligence. Its robots are engineered to perform a variety of tasks in the home and commercial markets. Figure is headquartered in San Jose, CA. As an Ops Facilitator, you will be the backbone of our teleop data collection operation. You are the person who makes sure every pilot walks onto the floor ready to go. You will stage equipment, prep robots, assign kits, and ensure nothing is left to chance before the shift starts. When collection runs smoothly, it is because you made it happen. This role requires flexibility to work across varying shifts, including nights. The US hourly rate for this full-time position is $28/hr. The pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
