Job description

Figure is an AI robotics company developing autonomous general-purpose humanoid robots. The goal of the company is to ship humanoid robots with human level intelligence. Its robots are engineered to perform a variety of tasks in the home and commercial markets. Figure is headquartered in San Jose, CA. We are looking for an Electrical Hardware Engineer to support the design, development, and integration of wire harness and electrical interconnect systems for humanoid robotic platforms. This role will drive 2D and 3D wire harness design, routing, and integration within complex electromechanical assemblies, ensuring optimal performance, manufacturability, and reliability. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in 3D CAD, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with close collaboration across EE, ME, and Manufacturing teams. The pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
