- At least 5 years of experience with cloud providers - AWS/Azure.
- At least 10 years of experience in high-tech companies in DevOps roles or similar positions (such as software engineer, system administrator, automation engineer etc)
- Proficiency in Linux, Command Line, Git, and CI.
- Experience in the automation, configuration, and application performance management tools such as Ansible/Chef/Puppet, and Datadog/Prometheus/Grafana.
- Experience with GitOps methodology and supporting tools.
- Experience with GitLab Pipelines.
- AI based mindset - creation of agents and skills to reduce constant workload.
- Strong system-level troubleshooting skills and ability to identify and resolve high-level scalability, performance issues and complex problems.
- Strong communication skills in a highly collaborative environment.
- BSC in Computer Science or related technical certificate.
- Background in software development.

Job description

About The Team At Fireblocks, the DevOps group is responsible for the core infrastructure and enablement for developers. The group consists of 15 engineers, working together to provide standards, abilities and support to RND. The group manages the various Kubernetes clusters, Helm charts and deployment pipelines to name a few. We’re looking for a DevOps Team Leader to join the group, lead the team’s projects and manage several engineers (technically and professionally) to bring upon new capabilities, improvements and to ensure we’re on the frontline of the industry's standards.
