Job description

Fireblocks is the company bringing global finance onchain. Backed by over $1 billion in capital, we are the premier digital asset infrastructure provider trusted by thousands of industry-defining financial institutions, including banks, payment providers, fintechs, and global corporates such as BNY Mellon, BNP Paribas, ANZ Bank, Western Union, Stripe, and Revolut. Built for institutional scale and security, our enterprise-grade platform and network have powered over $14 trillion in digital asset transfers worldwide. About the role Fireblocks' mobile app is a critical component in the day-to-day financial operations of the world's leading financial institutions. As the Mobile PM, you'll own the full product domain: driving the roadmap, collaborating closely with engineering and design, and ensuring every feature ships with precision and measurable impact. But this is more than a customer-facing product - it's also a foundational platform that other product teams across Fireblocks rely on to deliver their features to mobile users. You'll own both dimensions: driving the customer experience outbound while advancing the infrastructure that makes it possible. As the world moves toward agentic, AI-native financial operations, this team is building exactly that. You define what gets built and why. gap-3"> What you'll own • The mobile product end-to-end - roadmap, strategy, and delivery across iOS and Android, with full accountability for outcomes. • The customer experience - deeply understanding how institutional users interact with their financial operations on mobile, and continuously raising the bar. • The mobile platform - working with product teams across Fireblocks to understand their needs and ensuring mobile can support their features effectively. • The AI and intelligence layer on mobile - defining how smart, proactive capabilities get surfaced to users in a way that adds real value. What the work actually looks like • Spending significant time with customers and data - forming a sharp, evidence-based view of what to build next and why. • Making hard prioritization calls - balancing customer-facing improvements, platform needs from internal teams, and long-term product investments. • Working across teams - product, engineering, design, security, and customer success - to align on scope and get things shipped. • Owning the full arc of a feature - from problem definition and spec to launch, adoption, and iteration. What you bring • 4+ years in product management; experience owning a mobile product domain is a strong plus. • Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software - you understand multi-stakeholder users and complex workflows. • Strong data fluency - you write queries, build your own analysis, and don't wait for a data team to tell you what's happening. • Technical enough to have real conversations with engineers - you know what "hard" looks like and write specs that leave no room for ambiguity. • Experience with AI-powered features is a strong plus - especially mobile or workflow-embedded AI. Nice to have • Background in fintech, digital assets, crypto, or financial infrastructure. • Experience with MPC wallets, custody platforms, or transaction approval flows. • Experience working with enterprise customers in high-security, high-stakes environments. Fireblocks' mission is to enable every business to easily and securely access digital assets and cryptocurrencies. In order to do that, we strongly believe our workforce should be as diverse as our clients, and this is why we embrace diversity and inclusion in all its forms.
