Job Summary Formlabs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced floor lead to lead a team in a state-of-the-art digital additive manufacturing service operation. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, fostering a culture of safety and quality. The floor lead will oversee 3d printing production daily operations. Compensation At Formlabs, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location and expected impact on the organization. The hourly base pay range for this role is: $24-$26 USD
