Prototype Design and Testing:** Responsible for prototyping new mechanical structures, testing material properties, and investigating various challenges in 3D printing technology. 2. System Analysis and Iteration:** Analyze, test, validate, and iterate electromechanical systems to ensure a smooth transition of designs from the prototyping phase to mass production. 3. Manufacturing Process Knowledge:** Possess knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining fixtures/jigs, fixture design, injection molding, and die casting. Capable of designing parts that optimize cost while enhancing performance. 4. Critical Thinking: Exhibit a high degree of critical thinking ability to find problem-solving methods, logically analyze issues, interpret results, and draw correct conclusions or define actionable items. 5. Proactive Initiative: Demonstrate a strong action-oriented mindset, self-motivation, and a willingness to take initiative. Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends beyond work duties, such as through reading materials or personal project practice. You: 1. Experience in team management. 2. Proficiency in CAD software and experience with online design tools similar to Onshape or SolidWorks PDM. 3. Proficiency in modeling methods where the entire 3D model is driven by and automatically updated based on master sketch parameters. 4. Expertise in creating engineering drawings with adherence to standards for geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T). 5. Strong capability in creating detailed and precise process assembly drawings. 6. Proficiency in spoken English.
