- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Manufacturing thousands of printers is already an enormous task – and the complexity will grow as we build tens and even hundreds of thousands of electronic products each year. Job Summary The Operations Program Manager (OPM) will play a critical role in scaling the production of Formlabs' 3D printers and ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing operations in the Shenzhen Bay area. You will be a key leader in new product introduction (NPI), managing the entire lifecycle from concept to mass production. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams in engineering, supply chain, quality, and production, both internally and with our manufacturing partners.
