At Formlabs, software isn’t a side dish-it’s core to how we design, manufacture, and deliver world-class 3D printing products. Our Dashboard is the nervous system that connects printers, customers, data, and teams. We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to help own and evolve this platform from the ground up. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role where you’ll shape architecture, ship meaningful features, and help define best practices as we scale. The Job: • Be a foundational engineer for the Dashboard and its backend infrastructure, influencing long-term technical direction. • Design, build, and scale reliable, high-performance web applications using Python and Django at the core. • Develop user-facing frontend features (React) and collaborate closely with Marketing and Design to deliver polished, intuitive experiences. • Own projects end-to-end-from technical design and implementation to rollout and iteration. • Contribute to architectural decisions, engineering standards, and best practices across the team. • Balance speed and quality with a pragmatic mindset, always optimizing for long-term maintainability.
