The Role This is a high-impact individual contributor role that bridges Finance and data. You will be the primary owner of all quantitative inputs that drive Finance operations - from board and investor reporting to unit economics and budgeting. You will work directly in the data warehouse, own the Finance reporting calendar, and partner closely with Analytics, Finance Ops, and senior leadership. The role is critical to how Finance operates at Fresha. You will not be producing reports in the background - you will be the person leadership turns to when they need a number, a model, or an answer.
