ABOUT THE ROLE You'll build the collaborative web application that millions of people rely on to create presentations, documents, and websites with AI. You'll ship features that make real-time collaboration feel effortless, integrate AI capabilities into intuitive interfaces, and ensure the editor performs flawlessly whether someone is creating their first gamma or their thousandth. This role puts you at the core of Gamma's product: our AI-powered editor, built on CRDTs and WebSockets. You'll shape how users interact with AI-generated content in real time, working closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver experiences that feel fast, polished, and magical. Our team has a strong in-office culture and works in person 4–5 days per week in San Francisco. We love working together to stay creative and connected, with flexibility to work from home when focus matters most. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to experience and expertise in the requirements listed above.
