Job description
职责描述： 1、业务数据分析，通过深入理解业务，梳理业务核心指标，负责核心日报及深度业务分析报告。 2、能够根据业务发展不同阶段或具体问题，建立完善的数据分析规划，搭建并持续优化合理的数据分析框架。 3、针对现有分析方法无法解决的问题，能创新并持续改进新的分析方法，以提高业务分析效率和准确性。 4、深入挖掘数据价值，识别数据趋势，提出改进建议，支持业务决策。并负责交易产品或理财产品相关数据分析工作。 5、与其他业务团队（如产品、运营、市场）合作，通过数据驱动的方式提升业务效率。 职位要求： 任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，金融行业优先。3-5年工作经验 2、数据提取分析能力强，SQL熟练，熟悉火山DataWind等BI工具。 3、对数据敏感，逻辑清晰，有框架思维，深入了解业务过程，发现问题及时反馈。 4、积极主动，抗压强，适应力好，具备团队合作精神。 5、加分项：在AI方面有相关经验。 6、必须无障碍纯英文沟通，涉及到和外国人直接沟通
