Ghost has offices in Los Angeles and New York. About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to be a strategic finance partner to our business. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a hands-on role that owns the operating model, rolling forecasts, daily cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting and variance analysis, while supporting our capital markets needs. You bring strong analytical rigor, sound business judgment, and experience across capital markets and hands-on operating environments. You’ll partner closely with leaders across Engineering, Product & Design (EPD), Sales, Operations and the executive team to turn financial insight into business decisions. Our total compensation for this position can range from $150,000 - 175,000 base salary + bonus + equity. The actual amounts may vary based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities related to the position.
