As a Staff Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and scaling our platform. We are building a new revenue path for GoodLeap, a project with direct executive attention and real momentum behind it. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to build solutions that are reliable, secure, and optimized for performance. Driving our AI strategy is central to this role, building and shipping Agents powered by LLMs and other AI technologies. This is a full-stack role with deep ownership, from backend services to frontend performance, from planning phases to production launches.
