Job Summary Reporting to an Engineering Program Manager or Engineering Operations leader, the Senior Engineering Program Coordinator supports the planning, coordination and execution of engineering programs across multiple teams. The role is responsible for maintaining program schedules, tracking actions and dependencies, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and helping ensure engineering activities are delivered efficiently and on time. The successful candidate will play a key role in enabling collaboration, improving operational effectiveness and supporting the successful delivery of engineering objectives. The Team The Engineering Operations and Program Management team works closely with engineering leaders, technical specialists and business stakeholders to support the delivery of complex technology programs. The team provides structure, coordination and visibility across projects, helping engineering teams align priorities, manage dependencies and execute effectively. Working across multiple disciplines, the team enables efficient planning, communication and reporting to support successful outcomes.
