Operational effectiveness • Identify recurring inefficiencies, unclear interfaces or bottlenecks across the Finance organisation. • Propose and implement practical improvements to ways of working, communication flows, meeting structures and reporting routines. • Establish simple, reliable tools for tracking priorities, projects and commitments. • Help create a structured, collaborative and accountable Finance culture. • Support onboarding, team events and internal communications where relevant to the Finance organisation. Dein Profil • Several years of experience in a Finance PMO, Finance Business Management, Chief of Staff, consulting, audit, controlling or comparable coordination role. • Strong understanding of Finance functions and core processes, ideally including accounting, forecasting, budgeting, audit or reporting cycles. • Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. • Excellent organisational skills, with a strong ability to create structure in fast-moving or ambiguous environments. • Confident working with senior leaders and able to communicate clearly, diplomatically and assertively. • Highly reliable, discreet and comfortable handling sensitive information. • Strong PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft 365 skills; experience with project-management or collaboration tools is an advantage. • Fluent English required; German is highly desirable.
