  • Experience supporting fast-growing technology companies, preferably including at least one year in-house
  • Experience supporting global expansion and multinational corporate structures
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and think creatively and strategically under tight timelines
  • Team-focused and collaborative working style; willingness to build expertise and solve new challenges in an evolving practice
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to drive stakeholder alignment, exercise sound judgment and provide solutions-oriented legal advice
  • Experience with employment matters and later stage company governance is a plus, but not required

ROLE OVERVIEW Harvey is hiring a Corporate Counsel to play a critical role during a period of rapid growth. You’ll work closely on complex, high-impact corporate matters (including M&A, securities, corporate governance, and entity management) while maintaining the versatility to support the full breadth of corporate legal needs.
