  • 5–8+ years of experience in recruiting operations or coordination, with progressive team management responsibility.
  • Demonstrated success building and managing a coordination team in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Deep expertise in ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) and workflow automation tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive process improvements and inform stakeholder decisions.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills and the ability to influence without authority across recruiting, People Operations, and hiring manager stakeholders.

ROLE OVERVIEW The Head of Recruiting Coordination joins Harvey's Talent team to lead and scale the recruiting coordination function across the company's global offices. The team's mission is to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while driving operational efficiency throughout the interview lifecycle. This role owns the strategy and execution for recruiting coordination programs, automation initiatives, and process improvement that enable Harvey to hire world-class talent at the pace a hypergrowth AI company demands. They partner directly with recruiting leadership, People Operations, and systems teams to architect scalable workflows that maintain a high-quality bar as the organization grows.
