- Strong judgment and the ability to navigate ambiguity - you’re comfortable operating without perfect information and making decisions in real time.
- Ability to influence and challenge senior leaders in a thoughtful and direct way.
- Experience supporting org design, performance management, and team scaling in high-growth environments.
- High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills, especially in complex or sensitive situations.
- A pragmatic, no-drama approach - you focus on what works for the business and move things forward.
- Ability to work from our San Francisco office at least three days per week.

As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a People Business Partner to support our Product and Design teams, based in San Francisco, with the potential to support additional technical orgs over time. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Product and Design leaders to help them build and scale high-performing, high-ownership teams. You’ll work side-by-side with leaders as they navigate growth, evolve their org structures, and operate in an environment where priorities shift quickly. This role reports to the Head of People Business Partners and works closely with leaders across the technical org as well as the broader People team. The right person brings strong judgment, can quickly build credibility with technical leaders, and is comfortable operating in a fast-moving, often ambiguous environment.
