- J.D. and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
- 8+ years of relevant experience at a law firm and/or in-house, with meaningful exposure to marketing, advertising, and commercial contracting.
- Strong command of advertising and marketing law, including claims substantiation, and consumer protection.
- Working knowledge of privacy and data protection issues relevant to targeted advertising and direct-to-consumer marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate a high volume of marketing commercial agreements independently.
- Excellent judgment, a business-first mindset, and the ability to give clear, practical advice under tight timelines.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and partnering closely with non-legal stakeholders.

ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a Senior Counsel- Marketing to join Harvey's growing legal team. In this role you will be the primary legal point of contact for all marketing and communications activity at Harvey. You will also assist with the contracts and commercial relationships that power our marketing engine, safeguard the integrity of our promotional messaging, and act as a hands-on partner to the teams driving Harvey's growth.
