- Build strong relationships with internal and external subject matter experts to generate ideas and ensure editorial quality
- Manage freelance writers, videographers, and agencies while maintaining brand voice and standards
- Partner with designers to produce polished, enterprise-quality materials
- 5+ years in B2B technology content in financial services
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Excellent prioritization capabilities
- Strong project management and deadline delivery
- Leadership skills to manage and grow a content team
- Experience leading freelancers and agencies
- Comfortable working across functions with senior stakeholders
- Proven use of AI tools to improve content production, quality, and effectiveness

Your Mission We’re looking for an experienced Content Manager to lead Hawk's content strategy and establish us as the definitive voice in AI for financial crime and compliance - producing authoritative thought leadership, driving pipeline, and building our brand with compliance leaders at banks and payment companies.
