What You Will Be Doing: As a Quality Inspector (Receiving & MRB), you'll play a critical role in ensuring that incoming supplier materials and internally manufactured hardware meet Helion's engineering and quality standards before entering production. You'll perform receiving, first-piece, in-process, and final inspections, verify dimensional and documentation requirements, maintain product traceability, and support the control of nonconforming material through Helion's Material Review Board (MRB) process. Working closely with Manufacturing, the Machine Shop, Engineering, Receiving, Supplier Quality, Sourcing, and Warehousing, you'll help protect product quality while enabling the efficient flow of material needed to build reliable fusion generators. This role is responsible for identifying and documenting quality issues, preparing material for MRB review, and executing approved dispositions. Engineering and the Material Review Board retain authority for disposition decisions. This is an onsite role that reports directly to the Inspection Supervisor at our Everett location.
